We offer a competitive  a la carte benefits package to meet the diverse needs of all the drivers, professional staff and their family members. These benefits are available to all full-time employees at the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.

Medical Plans A competitive medical PPO plan and an Out Of Area plan for some remote locations.

Vision Plan This plan provides eye exams and discounted eye wear.

Short Term and Long Term Dsiability Benefits Up to 13 weeks of short term disability at no cost. An option to purchase voluntary long term disability up to 50% of employee's base wages capped at $6,000 per month.

PTO and Holidys All newly hired employees receive two weeks of PTO (The first year of PTO is prorated based on start date). You earn additional PTO with years of service. We offer 6 paid holiday's annually as well. 

Profit Sharing Eligible employees can participate in the Company sponsored profit sharing plan.

Retirement Savings Plan (401k) Employees can choose to deferral pre-tax dollars into their 401(k) plan and have the option of 20 different investment funds available in the plan.
